His approach is simple and direct – to treat each client with integrity, provide prompt, exceptional service and look out for the clients’ best interest by viewing each transaction through their eyes. Whether representing buyers or sellers, Ben’s accountability, honest communication and diligence, along with extensive knowledge of ever-changing market trends, ensures his role as a relentless advocate for all his clients’ needs.
Since the start of his Real Estate career in 2006, Ben has built a strong referral base that serves as a testament to his success and commitment toward customer satisfaction. He has valuable experience with banks on REO/Bank Owned Properties, and knowledgably guides his clients through both traditional and REO sales. Ben holds the title of Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) by the Real Estate Business Institute, a professional designation as an Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR) and a certification in Residential Property Management (CRPM) from the Chicago Association of Realtors. The CRPM designation enables Ben to successfully navigate through management and preventative maintenance, in addition to buying and selling. As an association member, he also stays current on the latest ethical and legal residential property management practices and has acted as a Leasing Director for a large corporation in Chicago.
Currently, Ben is involved in various projects with the aim of strengthening community relations. As a resident of Roscoe Village and founder of My Roscoe Village, he is actively bringing residents, businesses and visitors together by providing a platform for networking, sharing information and helping the community identify and achieve growth goals. Through social media and blog space, his organization provides free marketing services to small businesses, schools, community organizations and family initiatives in the community, while partaking in and documenting the many neighborhood events and festivals. When he isn’t working, Ben enjoys travel, scuba diving, fast cars and spending time with his young daughter Mia.
